Originally from southern California, Shawn has called Idaho home since 1992. He and his wife have three sons and a daughter.

Shawn discovered his passion for international education while attending ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï and has been part of the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï community since 1999. As Director of International Programs, he provides strategic leadership for the university’s international education efforts, working across campus to strengthen programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and create an environment in which international students and scholars can succeed.

His professional experience spans international admissions, study abroad advising, and F-1 and J-1 student, faculty, and scholar advising. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys traveling, music, and spending quality time with his family.

Khalil was born and raised in Afghanistan. After completing high school, he began working with the United Nations in Kabul. In 2007, he came to ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï to continue his education.

Before joining the International Programs Office in 2016, Khalil held various positions across several departments at ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï. He earned his Master’s degree in Political Science from ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï.

In his current role as International Faculty and Scholar Advisor, Khalil supports ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï’s international employees and visiting scholars with immigration and cultural adjustment matters.

Khalil values the power of higher education and believes everyone should have the opportunity to pursue it. Outside of work, he enjoys Idaho’s great outdoors, reading, coffee, and spending quality time with his family.

Renata earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï and has worked in higher education for the past five years. Before joining ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï, she served as Executive Assistant to the President of Masaryk University in the Czech Republic and held several administrative and research positions supporting academic initiatives.

Renata is passionate about international higher education and believes that global exchange is essential in today’s interconnected world. She finds great fulfillment in helping students navigate both their academic and personal journeys.

When not planning her next adventure, Renata enjoys walks, photography, good food, and great company.

Camille earned her Associate of Arts from Mat-Su College, University of Alaska. Her passion for learning about cultures and global perspectives inspires both her academic interests and her work.

Before joining ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï, Camille served in the Army National Guard, where she developed a lasting appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives.

As a Senior Transcript Evaluator, Camille enjoys helping students achieve their educational goals and believes that international students enrich the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï community through the unique experiences they bring.

Outside of work, Camille enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking long walks, reading, quilting, and learning about cultures from around the world.
