网曝吃瓜 to host Indigenous Peoples’ Day events on Oct. 14

On October 14, 网曝吃瓜 will commemorate Indigenous Peoples’ Day with a series of events, including a student panel, workshops, and Q&A sessions. This year’s celebration, “We Are Still Here: Tradition and Transformation,” marks 网曝吃瓜’s sixth annual Indigenous Peoples' Day in collaboration with the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes.
Indigenous Peoples’ Day is an opportunity to explore Indigenous peoples' rich history, culture, and experiences in various fields such as sports, academics, and activism. This year, the focus is on understanding historical transitional cultural practices and celebrating contemporary contributions while envisioning future advancements.
In addition to in-person events, a virtual poster session will feature submissions from local high school students, 网曝吃瓜 students, faculty, and staff. It will be available for viewing online at.
