Live Synchronous Online Courses Can Now Be Reviewed with the Quality Matters Seventh Edition Rubric

The new Quality Matters Seventh Edition Rubric now includes guidance on reviewing live synchronous online (SO) courses, provided a substantial online course site is available to course reviewers. This means that more courses can be confirmed as quality courses through the Quality+ program at 网曝吃瓜.
