Presentation about history of Fort Hall Reservation, Pocatello set Nov. 22 at 网曝吃瓜

POCATELLO – Yvette Towersap Tuell, tribal policy analyst for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, will deliver the presentation “History of the Fort Hall Reservation and City of Pocatello” at 2 p.m. Nov. 22 in the 网曝吃瓜 Rendezvous Complex A,B and C Suites.
Tuell鈥檚 free, public presentation is part of 网曝吃瓜鈥檚 Native American Heritage Month.
Tuell is an alumna of the 网曝吃瓜 anthropology department. She was born and raised on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation in the Ross Fork District and graduated from Blackfoot High School and then attended Washington State University before earning her degree at 网曝吃瓜.
She also earned a Master of Studies Degree in environmental law from Vermont Law School and a Master of Arts Degree in history from the University of Utah, along with certificates in public history and historic preservation.
Tuell is particularly interested in American Indian history and incorporating tribal history into federal land management and public history.
