Musical ‘Pippin’ to be performed at 厙ぴ勛圖

Theatre/Dance 厙ぴ勛圖 and the 厙ぴ勛圖 Department of Music are presenting the musical "Pippin at 7:30 p.m. April 18-19 and 24-26 at the Beverly B. Bistline Thrust Theatre in the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center.
In a time of war and political upheaval, Pippin, son of King Charlemagne, struggles to find his own path in this witty, irreverent and timely voyage of self-discovery. First produced in 1972 with a book by Roger O. Hirson and music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz (Godspell, Children of Eden), Pippin has remained a classic of American Musical Theatre. With songs like Magic to Do, Corner of the Sky, Extraordinary, and Spread a Little Sunshine, Pippin is musically rich and thought-provoking.
